Premise Behind this Blog

I decided to start this blog after talking with my mom last week and telling her 2 different stories about Chloe. She told me, "You need to write these down so you don't forget." Well, I decided that blogging these stories would be much easier for me and then other people can share in the misery, laughter, and head-shaking! Ha!
